The story

Three straight 2–2 sessions left the Cup tied 6–6 heading into singles, and then Black ran away with it, taking 7 of 8 singles matches. Shaun Pfeil's 9&7 win over John Astfalk was the biggest margin in Cup history, and Ryan Jaczesko beat Scott Seapker 7&5. Meesh Mitko edged Ben Harrell 2UP, and Mark and Hennessy closed out tight ones. Matt Vorndran's 3&1 win over Parsons was Red's only singles point. Pat Allen and Mike Seklecki were the week's best pairing at 3–0.
